From government legislation to waitlists and crisis placements; I possess over 7 years experience working within these settings. Ranging from a Charge Nurse and RN Supervisor within long-term care homes to RN Team lead supporting 15 LTCHs, my unique experience places me as an expert on this area of the healthcare system.
Dementia Care
Responsive behaviours, anti-psychotic medication rates, BPSD, family care conferences, and more. I am a highly experienced care provider within the dementia care space. I am able to complete specialized assessments, write details behavioural reports, and even provide hands-on care with success in difficult situations.
